Small Business IT Support in Parramatta and Sydney
You ring and we answer. The person you speak to is the one who fixes it, so you're not explaining the same problem three times to three different people.

What we actually help with
Most days it's the ordinary stuff: a laptop that won't start, a printer nobody can find, someone locked out of their email the morning of a deadline. We do the bigger pieces too, but the day-to-day troubleshooting is what people ring us about most.
Computers and laptops
Machines that have slowed to a crawl, won't boot, or have started doing something they didn't do last week. New starters set up and people who've left locked out properly.
Email and Microsoft 365
Mail that isn't arriving, calendars that won't share, accounts that need setting up or shutting down. Licences reviewed so you're not paying for seats nobody uses.
Internet, Wi-Fi and networks
Dropouts, dead spots in the back office, VPNs for people working from home, and getting the router and switches configured so it stays up.
Security and backups
Making sure your data is actually backed up rather than assumed to be, and that a stolen laptop or a dodgy email doesn't become a company-wide problem.
We're not a call centre
Plenty of IT support in Sydney is sold by one company, delivered by another, and answered by a call centre that has never seen your setup. You describe the problem, get a ticket number, and wait for someone to read it back to you.
Here you ring and get John. The person who answers is the person who knows how your office is put together, because he's the one who set it up. There's no script and no tier one passing you to tier two.
That's the whole reason people go looking for a local IT bloke instead of a big managed services contract. Small enough that you get a person, established enough that the work gets done properly.
IT support in Parramatta and western Sydney
We're based in Pemulwuy, a short drive from Parramatta, so Parramatta and the suburbs around it are where most of our onsite work happens. If you're in the Parramatta CBD, North Parramatta, Harris Park, Westmead, Granville or Rydalmere, getting someone to you is a short trip, not a day out.
There's no minimum spend and no lock-in contract. Some businesses around Parramatta have us looking after everything. Others ring when the printer stops talking to anyone or the Wi-Fi drops out in the back office. Both are fine, and you get the same person either way.

Most of the time we spot the problem before anyone in your office notices
We explain it in English
You get told what went wrong and what we did, in words you can repeat to someone else
Why people stay with us
We're in Sydney
Same time zone, same city, and we can come to you when something needs hands on it.
Pay for what you need
Some customers have us on call every day. Others ring twice a year. Both are fine.
What you can hold us to
We come back to you
Urgent things the same day, everything else within one working day
You hear from us
You know where a job is up to without having to chase it
Fixed-First-Time
We aim to resolve issues completely the first time
Where we work
We're based in Pemulwuy, so most of the hands-on work happens across Sydney's western suburbs, roughly from Strathfield out to Penrith, with Parramatta in the middle of it. Blacktown, Ryde and Rydalmere, Auburn, Fairfield, Liverpool and the Hills are all an easy run.
We cover greater Sydney, including the CBD, the Inner West and the North Shore. A lot of work gets done remotely wherever you are in Australia, but when something needs hands on it, someone comes out.
10% off if you're local to us
If your business is in the Cumberland Council area, you get 10% off our labour. You're our neighbours, and we'd rather look after the businesses down the road from us.
That's 10% off our rate for doing the work. Hardware, internet and phone plans, and software licences aren't ours to discount, so they're not included.
Auburn, Berala, Girraween, Granville, Greystanes, Guildford, Guildford West, Holroyd, Lidcombe, Mays Hill, Merrylands, Merrylands West, Pemulwuy, Pendle Hill, Prospect, Regents Park, Smithfield, South Granville, South Wentworthville, Toongabbie, Wentworthville, Westmead, Woodpark, Yennora.
The council boundary runs through the middle of a few of these, so if you're near the edge, ring and ask. We'll tell you either way.
